Founder and CEO

Dr. Ella Louise White-Rodgers is the founder, visionary, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ambassador of Grace (AoG) Global Outreach Ministries, Inc. She is a servant-leader whose primary mandate is to serve those genuinely impoverished and marginalized.

As a mentor to many, she has been referred to as a “Mother in Zion.” She is the founder and leader of the Ambassador of Grace Intercessors Alliance (AGIA), consisting of multi-regional intercessors responsive to prayer requests on demand for healing and deliverance, to edify, exhort, and bring comfort to others. As a John Maxwell Leadership Team Member, she is licensed to provide facilitation, speaking, coaching, and training on approved Maxwell Leadership personal and professional development curriculum and programs.

As a 21st Century “Missional Trailblazer,” thousands of miles from home, family, and friends, her life’s mission resonates louder and deeper than the cries of kindred ties. She lives to exemplify the ministry and compassion of Jesus Christ through representation of His GRACE. The call on her life has led to the following international assignments:

Served as a delegate, Global Proclamation Congress II, Panama South America, Dr. Ramesh Richard (Ramesh Richard Evangelism and Church Health (RREACH)) Founder & Director; Lead Strategist and Philanthropist in conjunction with Oasis of Love International and Community Transformer leaders, Pastor Rita and Pastor Emmanuel Iornongu for Healing & Medical Intervention Outreach Mission, Benue State, Nigeria, overseeing full outreach implementation; Served as a delegate at the International Council for Evangelical Theological Education, C2 – Izmir, Turkey, (Dr. Michael Ortiz, Director-ICETE); Traveled to and provided resources to build 20 tiny prefabricated homes for displaced impoverished families in South Africa, (Patricia Bailey Ministries); Served as Medical Camp Strategic Planner and Operations Director – Kampala, Uganda - (Dr. Deborah Barrett, Catalyst Empowerment Group, Founder & CE); Missionary and Leadership Coaching Assignments: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Accra, Ghana - Ghana for Christ Congress, (i2 Ministries-Mobilizing & Equipping Global Churches, Dr. Joshua Lingel, Ministry Founder & Director); Global Proclamation Congress I, Bangkok, Thailand, (Dr. Ramesh Richard (Ramesh Richard Evangelism and Church Health (RREACH)), Founder & Director; Medical Missions: Philippines - Luzon Islands, Legazpi Bicol Region, Santicon, Albany; Manila; Phnom Penh, Cambodia; Colombia, South America (Medellin); Okinawa, Japan-Yomitan International Church, (Apostle Glenn Kennedy-Founder, Asian Relief & Medical Services (ARMS)); Kingdom Outreach Ministries International KOMI (Pastors Joseph and Kimberly King-Founders); Maputo, Mozambique - (Iris Ministries-Heidi & Rolland Baker, Ministry Founders); Chennai, India - (AME Church - Bishop John & Rev. Represented the American community in the coordination of the annual World’s Day of Prayer-Baumholder, Germany, (first American involvement); Certified Watchman on the Wall by the state of Israel, having received certification in Jerusalem, (Eagles’ Wings Ministry-Bishop Dr. Robert Stearns) and, served as Alabama State Coordinator for the International Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem, to name a few.

She has traveled to 40 countries. Her 3 sons, daughter-in-love, and two grandchildren are the joys of her life.
